Yes. We will keep to the website guidance in 99.9% of cases. Sometimes but rarely we need another day.
Desk-tops often show up a day after the base as although they leave at the same time they travel through the courier networks by different paths. Best thing is to wait as the item will show up the next day. After 3 days contact us at support@gostand.co.,uk
Unfortunately no. We use couriers not two man gloved delivery and so it is not possible to offer timeslots. If we have shipped your goods your goods by DPD you may be given one but it is dictated by DPD and not chosen by the customer.
Yes. We have 99.9% stock accuracy
No these are extras to either make the desk easier to assemble or to assist in better cable management. If you buy a basic desk you will get a frame and a top and all the necessary screws to connect the two together.
Not currently. We have insufficient manufacturing capacity at the moment to make special tops.
