We had a recent enquiry for a custom sized 90-degree desk that needed to fit into a small office space. After quite a bit of careful measuring and double checking we were able to draw up CNC cutting and drilling programs to match the specifications. The main difficulties in reducing the size of a standard desktop are in making sure there is still enough room to attach the desk frame to the desktop and programming the drilling pattern for the predrilled holes becomes a lot trickier. You can see in the photograph there is a lot of metal framework involved in a 90-degree desk frame which does not leave a lot of room for adjustment in the desktop. Special sized desks do take a bit longer to make and dispatch than our standard desks due to the extra processing time required.
